Does anyone know where to find cookie cutters/molds of unusual shapes? I’m planning on making shortbread biscuits for Christmas/Halloween and need some molds! Thanks!

Let me tell you this place is a real temptation. Lots of variety, very nice stuff. Place is spotless clean and very well organized, it is a joy to shop there. So far, we’ve received top notch service every time we visit.
Just to recommend you a nice bake shop I discovered nearby my home (nearby City Hall, Songshan Train Station, Hulin Market). They have nice supplies of butter, cream, frozen puff pastry… a lot of things I haven’t seen anywhere else.
All the supermarkets and DIY baking shops have flour. The bags marked “Bread Flour” are actually for bagels IMO; the 中筋 medium gluten is fine for most bread. The DIY shops repackage bulk flour, often unbleached, in low (di1jin1 低筋 cake), medium (中筋 zhong1jin1 all-purpose and bread) and high gluten (高筋 gao1jin1 bagels, or for blending with other flour like whole-wheat or rye), and have whole wheat (quan2mai4 全麥) and rye flour (裸麥 luo3mai4). Organic locally made flour and organic whole wheat flour are available through Dolphin brand, e.g. at some organic shops and the Housewive’s Association, and through direct order online. DIY shops also have specialty flours e.g.
