Can be done?
My guess is that making a full-electric Locost should be possible, at least from the technical point of view. Taiwan regulations for road-able vehicles are another matter (and unknown to me). So, do you know if it could be done?

Then I’d THINK, no chance.
But this is Taiwan, land of a thousand contradictory answers to a simple question, so I could always be wrong. Its just concievable, for example, that leccies MIGHT be a special (i.e./eg unregulated) case, and there’s been some discussion about how far one could stretch the lattitude allowed the “traditional” DIY three wheelers. However, given you cant even legally fit (or remove) a fairing to/from a motorcycle, legal kit cars in general seems VERY unlikely.
Register yourself as a car manufacturer and do the full test for new cars at the center of high tecnolegy.

I see no problem. You will be running one of a kind vehicle even cops will just stare at you that’s it. I assume you are going to run it electric.
If gas powered, for sure they will stop you.
Any case they should call the news to put you on headlines.
I’ll see what I’ll do. But I think that when I arrive to the island next February, I’ll have to look for a time-consuming, mind-busying hobby, and that could be one good option (providing i find a place to do the work it requires).
