I’ve read through the Labour Standards Act and I can’t see anything related to this. Possibly Article 15-1 comes closest.
If an employee is part time or a contractor, is the employer required to pay the employee for mandatory training? Or, is unpaid mandatory training considered acceptable in Taiwan?
