I’ve found with the post office depends on which person you get behind the counter like crazy. Pickup of someone else’s registered mail, need their ID card and my passport. Local picks up my registered mail, they just need my id card.
I’ve seen that myself too. The postie gets all defensive when I come out with my chop and wants to see ID. Locals stamp and go

During the pandemic my postie started leaving my parcels on this scooter seat parked out front. He’d be running away as I came out the door. Strangely I never had to sign for anything during the whole pandemic? I wore a mask too, but he was one scared cat.

Must be lucky then, my postman quite a cool guy, always lets me sign and peace. The post office too in dahu park is pretty chill.
