Do Taiwan birth certificates state father's nationality and English name?

When a child is born in Taiwan, does it’s birth certificate show the father’s nationality, and does it show the foreign father’s English name as well as official Chinese as per wife’s ID card?

Pretty sure taiwan still doeant have birth certificates. The hospitals my print something out if you ask.

The birth certificates from the hospital are unofficial documents and can vary from place to place.

The only official document from Taiwan that is accepted in many other countries as birth certificate is the household registration. It has the name (also English name if it is official) but no nationality of the parents.

You can get a birth certificate in English from the hospital, it will say the baby’s name, birthdate, the full name of father/mother and address in English.
In my case, I took this birth certificate + IDs + photos of the baby to my embassy where they created a certificate with witnesses. With that certificate from the embassy, you can register your baby in your home country.
