I never watch them even though I try occasionally.
Seems like sometimes not much music, are repetitive to the point of seeing and hearing the same music video within a couple hours almost like someone is paying or promoting those specific songs. Sometimes seems like only the top 10 songs available. The MTV seems to bounce around local feeds or something.
I have 4 pop music channels (2 of those are MTV) and 3 classical music channels on Changhua MOD. I guess these are the basic package and don’t know if more available.
You mean, like the radio but with more power usage and pollution creation? No, i dont.
You listen to music on a radio? I don’t even do that in the car. Data is better quality.
And you don’t own a tv obviously.
If music TV channels are anything like music radio, then they repeat the “heavy rotation” songs more than every couple of hours. I think it’s more like every half an hour on the major radio stations. It used to drive me crazy when I worked in retail.
I haven’t watched a music channel in years, but I do miss flicking through the music channels and getting excited when a favourite comes on and discovering new music that way. If I didn’t hate Taiwanese pop music so much, I’d do it for Chinese immersion and to learn more about the pop culture. But I wouldn’t be willing to endure that even for the sake of better assimilating.
No, not anymore. I.mean the tv muisc hannels are like a radio, but wastes a lot more power which seems pointless. I use a phone and turn the screen off to listen to music.
