Can anyone recommend an English-speaking doctor in Xinchu?
Also (new here), are antibiotics available over-the-counter in Taiwan?

Well, I don’t think that the English capability of the medical doctors here in Taiwan is bad. Have you ever tried? Or do you have terrible experiences with them? Besides, what kind of doctor do you need to visit?
As for the antibiotics, you can purchase here in every drugstore in Taiwan. Doctor’s prescription is not necessary.

If you’re near the universities, you could try the Hsinchu branch of Mackay Memorial Hospital on Guangfu Road. As you may know, this organization was founded by a Canadian back in the day. They can help.
