Who on earth can get used to driving in this taipei traffic condition? Really, does anyone ever bother with traffic signs?
At anyrate, i just moved to Taiwan from San Francisco, and did not exchange for a International driving permit, so what? Now i can not drive, what do i need to do to legally drive on the roads in taipei…Please advise

Give it a few month and I am sure you will adapt. Be careful though when you go back - you may loose your license faster than you can say “Oh sh…”.

Get a drivers license - there is some thread with detailed explanations on how to obtain it, run a search else maybe somebody can advise where to find it?
