I am wondering if I could order something from Costco Online and ship it to the East Coast (Hualien, TaiTung) since they don’t have a store outside big cities.
Information on where they ship to should be on their website.

In that case, try calling customer service at 02-449-9909.
If I try to place an order, I can choose a new address. When I do so, Taitung and Hualian counties are options, so it sure looks like they deliver to the east coast.
