These guys have an incredibly annoying website, from which you can purchase goods if you have a credit card (I don’t). Do they actually have a bricks and mortar store from which I can purchase instead? The address down the bottom seems promising, but I remember going there once and finding nothing. Unless it was tucked in a basement somewhere. ![]()
AFAIK, the answer is no, sorry.
Argh. Thanks DB.
You can order and pay by ATM transfer or using the ibon machines in the 7-11. It also says you can pay cash-on-delivery but I’ve never tried that.

Oh wow, I didn’t know that, thanks. So if I wanted to buy one of thes little mongrels (as I do), then I could perhaps use my Taishin debit Visa, or an ATM transfer? I just have to navigate their impossibly complicated and entirely-in-Chinese shopping cart.
Some online stores have delivery to 7-11 where you can just pay for it with cash when you pick up your package. I use this a lot for www.books.com.tw and Yahoo/Ruten auction items. This is the best solution IMO and one of the few occasions I feel like I am living in a modern country.
I mostly use PChome now for fast purchasing of computer stuff, anything computer related … fast 24h … and pay C.O.D., I give our doorman the money and he pays …
I believe you can even specify the delivery address if not the same as home.
Thanks guys, very useful.
I’ve used my Taishin Visa debit on PC Home with no problems.
Excellent to know, thanks! ![]()
I’ve used the ibon machine at 7-11 with PCHome quite often. Once you’ve done it once or twice, it’s very easy. PCHome gives you a number, you pop down to 7 and pay for it, and they deliver to the door.
Thanks BLE.
Going in a different direction.
Isn’t PCHome just a big collection of internet sellers? Or is it one massive internet distribution company? Just curious.

I think, unlike say Yahoo Taiwan, it’s a single distribution company. You pay them directly, and they deliver themselves.
What language did you expect? ![]()
Late info, but here is another online shop - this one is related to the post office, and unlike PCHome they don’t send you a neverending stream of spam…
mall.post.gov.tw/postmall/index.php
(bought a router from them a while back)
It’s both.
shopping.pchpme.com.tw and 24.pchome.com.tw are operated and stocked by PChome.
Items listed on store.pchome.com.tw are from independent businesses/sellers.
