Dog photo flap at CKS Memorial Hall?

About a week ago or so, there was a story on the evening news (TVBS) about someone who apparently stuck a photo of a dog to the side the the (EDIT: Sun Yat-Sen) memorial chair in the main hall. The dog looked to be a nice little black and white cocker spaniel. Couldn’t follow the story. The news actually focused on that story for quite a long time (by evening news standards). It ended with some official removing the picture from the side of the chair memorial.

Does anyone know what that story was about and how the dog figured into it? Just curious.

Some guy’s dogs died. He went to fortune teller, and fortune teller told him he had to go bury the four dogs in a lucky place, like the presidential palace or SYS memorial hall. So the guy decided to do it in SYS memorial hall, and he stuck his dogs’ picture at the foot of the statue where it is blocked by a potted plant.

So did he actually bury the dogs there? How did the picture figure in?

No one knows where the dogs are buried. The picture is of the dogs, I think sticking the picture there was part of the instructions given to him by the fortuneteller.

It is kind of implied that the dogs are buried somewhere in SYS memorial hall though.
