you should be able to sort that out in your Preferences in iTunes… something about time between songs and X fade I think??
AWOL, thanks for the help. No crossfades now = happy bunny
I just bought an ipod and have unfortunately discovered that itunes, Napster and the like won’t sell to “my current geographic location” (i.e. Taiwan). Sho, the questions remains, do I resort to buy CD’s and ripping them, or is there actually a decent site that WILL sell to Taiwan?
I’m happy with allofmp3.com. Yeah, none of the money probably goes to the artists so if that bothers you, then don’t use it. But otherwise, it’s way more convenient than sketchy P2P services and it’s way cheaper than the DRM-crippled songs you can buy on iTunes.
I purchase iTunes music all of the time on my Windows PC. I use my US credit card and the US address attached to it (my parents’ home). I can burn all purchased music to CD, but have been unable to change the format to play it on my MP3.
When you put your details in at the Music Store to be able to purchase, simply don’t put Taiwan as your home country, but rather the country that your credit card is attached to and you should be fine.
P.S. The iTunes music downloads are more expensive off of the UK iTunes music store than the US one.
I think you can probably use the free program audacity to do this. Open your iTunes file (AAC or something) then choose ‘export as MP3’.

The catch? It ONLY records to an iPod :loco: Looks interesting nonetheless…
