Saw my PCP at the VA yesterday. He’s very happy with the sustained weight lose and says I have no signs of diabetus. Me, an American, in his 50s.

Did he really pronounce it like that?

Nah, that’s me.

Always thought diabetus was just a meme… :slightly_smiling_face:

I did not eat a bowl of cereal before bed last night. Where’s my nicotine patch?

It’s funny how the substitution game plays out.

Pretty much. Addictive personality traits abound in my cranium and my history. I had hundreds of comic books and now hundreds of vinyl records.

Control is the key.

I’d just like to say that I am very proud of you chaps. Keep it up!

Excellent Brendon.

That’s all there is to it. Make a commitment to not drink today. Then make the same commitment when you wake up tomorrow.

I haven’t consumed any alcohol for ever, except for the cloud of alcohol my dad sprays on every single conceivable surface upon returning home because he’s that afraid of germs.

Weighed in at 186.2 this morning, at the regular post breaky, post poop, post shower. Maybe my body spent the night searching for the sugar, man.
