Dry Shampoo is such a useful thing and I’ve been using it for years! I can’t seem to find it in Taiwan.

Takashimaya department store , Tian Mu . B1 Jason’s Supermarket has some Dry Shampoo from the U.K. Several fragrances to choose from. They might also stock at their other supermarkets…?
