Where do you buy your rolling tobacco? Addresses please.
Here’s my latest find: Taipei City, Patch Road, S.4, No.8. That is right behind the Core Pacific Deathstar thing.
They have papers, rolling machines and 3 different types of rolling tobacco. (and a far more extensive selection of pipe tobacco)
For those of you with patchy short-term memory, some previous mentions from old Orineted threads (one here and another over here) on the search for Dutch shag
Snake alley - by Lungshan Temple.
You’ll get a variety of smoking tobacco as well as papers. There are a few stalls just outside the entrance to snake alley - locals selling pipes, papers and tobacco.

The night market by snake alley is open every night Mon - Sun.
They have original pipes (western style) and some others - including small bongs (sheesh, hookas etc) and some soapstone pipes in all shapes - not for smoking pipe tobacco
Aceman, Smoker’s Inn on Anho used to sell the big papers. Don’t have the address now but i’ve got a feeling that it’s the same place as the one mentioned in the opening post at the top of this page.
Anybody looking for drum tobacco, rolling papers, pipes, cigars, or anything smoking related in Taipei (except 大麻, which you have to find elsewhere) should check out Smoker’s Inn (more info available on their website). Operated by Mr. Max Hsu and Ms. Ines Lin, Smoker’s Inn is located at No. 28 , Lane 199, Sec. 4, Xinyi (Hsin-yi) Road in Taipei, Taiwan. You can reach them on the phone at (886-2)2707-0674. They are very knowledgable and their English is decent.
