I just saw a new Sony DVD multi-format recordable in a shop window. How much? Any ideas?

I’ve no idea the price of these things.

Those prices should be about the same still. The Sony one will probably be twice as much, just because it is Sony.

You mean a DVD Recorder for a PC or stand-alone?

For PCs: DVD Recorders start around NT$4000 for one DVD format (i.e. either + or -), the cheapest all-formats machine (CD-R/RW, DVD-R/RW and DVD+R/RW) is around NT$5000 (seen at 3C). Sony and other branded stuff is NT8000 and up.
