Is such a thing obtainable in Taiwan?
It’s easy enough to make one. What I did was print out a map of the keys and used it until I had everything memorized. You’re not suppose to look at the keys anyway.

Probably…if you’re willing to pay an arm and a leg. A cheap way of doing it is to buy those keyboard letter stickers (unfortunately, they’ll come with Chinese characters as wel) and stick them on your keyboard in the Dvorak layout. Cost you about 20NT and doesn’t involve cutting out and pasting itty bitty bits of paper (saw someone do that before)
