Since when do they call sitting in a chair playing a video game ‘E-sports’?

Taichung seemingly wants to go big in ‘E-sports’.

Sports definition: “an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.”

The only thing that is going to exerted is their mental state. And probably their butt.

E-sports is already big in Taiwan. There are tv stations that show the “games” with commentary, etc.
And you know if the Koreans are in on it (and they are big-time), then it has to be “popular”

Don’t call it sports, call it E-games.
They probably get tired due to lack of sleep. Oh, and hand/finger, leg cramps.
