I would like to withdraw my PayPal balance from a recent eBay sale to my bank account, I understand I need to open an E-Sun account. Is it easy to do, or do they only allow business PayPal users to do this? I remember trying to open an E-Sun account a few years ago and they didn’t have a clue how to open a foreigner account, despite me having a marriage ARC, does anyone have experience with this?
Also, on PayPal, when I click withdraw to E.Sun account, I get this error message:
Alternatively, if I can’t withdraw this money easily, where can I spend PayPal money in Taiwan?
Can I buy HSR tickets? I’ve used Klook.com in the past to book activities with a PayPal account.
