now i am thinking to come back taiwan
so can i apply E VISA ON OLD ARC number?
or i need to apply from taiwan embessy in my country
Cancellation of your ARC might correspond to immigration irregularity. If I were you, I would ask the question to TECO (taiwan embassy) in India.
