I am moving to Linkou from overseas, and am wondering what the early education options are (English language) in the Linkou area. Specifically for children from 2-5 years old.
On a related note, I’ve also read a lot about it being illegal for foreigners to teach in kindergartens in Taiwan. Does this mean that for an English-based kindergarten, only local Taiwanese are legally allowed to teach? What if the management staff is foreign, but the teachers are local? How is this viewed?
Any info on the above would be much appreciated.
