hey Buttercup I am also on the 17th floor but a different building. Also felt it wobble a little but thought it might be that nip I had for breakfast kicking in. 
Taipei districts should be named vertically, not horizontally, don’t you think?

There was a discernable swaying on the 3rd floor in Nangang, Taipei.

That was another one off of Hualien = 5.0
Notice the trend for the past few, all happening around* afternoon…strange
