I did not feel it as I was riding a bike at that time, but Kaohsiung MRT is running at reduced speed thus delayed due to the quake.
About the same in Pingtung City, a slow build up, a bit like a drum roll.
Huh. On the MRT and didn’t notice anything, but there was an odd bit when we stopped mis-aligned at a station for a few seconds before moving on to line up with the doors. I guess the quake was the reason.
