They key is to leave earlier than the bulk of city folk that want to go to ChingJing farm to admire farm animals in action…best time of departure from puli would be 7am at the latest…from Taichung, no later than 6am…
I hate being stuck behind a never ending precession of sunday drivers mixed in with kamikaze cabbage truck drivers, so I prefer to go as early as possible…
