Is easter breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner (whatever!) being served at the usual places (i.e., the tavern)? I didn’t see any announcements for it, maybe I am just too early.
Thanks!

Pardon my ignorance, but what’s an “Easter Meal”? Aside from hot cross buns on Good Friday morning, I am not aware that there was anything specifically associated with Easter when it comes to food, unlike Christmas.
Having said that, we would be most happy to boil you an egg and stew you a rabbit.
Enlighten me please.
Best Regards,
Bob
My mother always cooked an Easter ham. Seems somewhat traditional back in the States.
Chocolate eggs, surely!

In the USA Easter brunch is pretty popular, usually the featured main dish is ham.
may i have scrambled eggs and a chocolate rabbit?
Love Easter!
Good Friday, we do the usual “the last supper” at the Tavern-Premier in the Evening most popular person usually ends up on the cross (funny enough people always vote for me). Sunday we organize together with the Canadian Society and the Swiss Association our traditional Easter Brunch with an Easter Egg Painting, Easter Egg Hunt and chocolate bunny baking for the Children. Everybody is of course welcome. Full menus and details will be available on our homepage from tomorrow.
okay, thanks taverncaptain!
On Easter Sunday morning you get Richard to cook you some hard boiled eggs and a ham. You take those in a nicely decorated basket to the Church. During the Easter mass the priest will bless your basket.
Then you bring it back to Carn’s and share it with any good Christians you might find there.
Homemade bread would be perfect, and some spring onions if you can find.

But you’d be advised to make a reservation (jdsmith is the one to talk to on how to go about doing this), as we are so positively overrun with Christians most of the time, it’s difficult to find a space.

Yeah, right.
Just send 6-10 PMs back and forth over a period of three days, and end up going not knowing whether or not the tables were ready.
Fortunately, the lovely staff is used to dealing with boneheaded clods such as myself and the tables were fine.
Must be karma.

Oh Ye of Little Faith! Put down down thy mug and picketh up thy sheep!
Woe! I say Woe unto Thee!
