You can access the auctions through the English web site, but you won’t be able to read the descriptions… Go to Search -> Advanced Search and you can search for items available to/located in Taiwan only.
Yahoo Auctions is much more popular than eBay in Taiwan. But it’s all in Chinese of course, and if you registerm it changes ALL your Yahoo to Chinese (not just the auctions) and it’s very difficult to change back, so if you want to register, open a new Yahoo account first.
