I think about breasts a lot. Not mine but other people’s. Women. Some women have nice large breasts and some have no breasts at all. That is cute. There are usually two participants required for paid (or unpaid) consensual sexual activities (excluding solo flights of course).
I’d be more upset about the idea that someone with more economic power (Westerner) is purchasing sex from someone who might not be in an economic position to refuse (local – be it Thai, African…whatever). There’s always a consumer for almost any service offered or product made if it fulfills a desire (basic marketing theory).
Judgements of “s/he is a loser” depend on who’s judging. To some cultures, an elderly person with the money to command such services is far from being a loser. Now, if the person is there teaching English, of course…
Anyway, aren’t/weren’t there cultures in which young men traditionally received their “sexual education” from older women or widows?
Australian aborigines. Young blokes paired up with the older women and when they kicked off they got the younger lasses. Same goes for sex involving male customers and female professionals. It is the element of economic deperation that turns the whole thing ugly IMHO.

Well most of these women are in a committed relationship and are seeking some excitement or good sex from a professional provider.
Also sometime very attractive women don’t like the unwanted attention they get in public and wish to be in an environment they feel like they are in complete control. The economic transaction is part of the illusion of control they desire.
A professional provider has as much interest in sex as their client, thus there is not a sense of urgency to get in the client’s panties. Which is also sometimes valued by the clients. Especially those that are extremely attractive and have to deal with real world all day.

Well, all I have to say is that, if you have to go to Africa–where the AIDS rate is roughly the equivalent of the divorce rate in the U.S.–to get laid… that’s punishment enough, eh? If that doesn’t scream “LOSER” I don’t know what does.
