Electric bikes are kind of common here no? Go and ask a bike shop. As for an electric scooter, I am intereted in one of those. Do they make electric scooters?

No idea how old that info is, though. You can google for electric scooter Taiwan and get quite a lot of links to explore.
I have seen a few Kymco electric scooters over the years. I don’t know if they still produce them as the most recent ones I have seen must be at least a couple of years old by the looks of them, but as someone suggested above, you only need to ask at a few bike shops.
