Electrolysis or Laser Hair removal Options

Does anyone know if there’s electrolysis treatment in Taipei. There was a post from a bit ago saying the catholic hospital offered it but not getting any response from them. My cup overfloweth if I were to go with laser but I’d rather go with electro, it’s a lot quicker.
