I was thinking of setting up an email list for our customer/new customers/website visitors… But when I asked around the office, I found that the local staff members didn’t really do email… What is your impression of email lists for B2C businesses? Does it work here? Is it worth all the effort at tweaking the interface into Traditional Chinese (a fair amount of work)?
