Stay away from oranges and lemons… they’re pretty acidic, aren’t they?

And then doesn’t toothpaste strip away layers of enamel too?

Yeah, screw them natural lemons and aciditic fruits … long live artificial food chemicals and other acids … :ohreally:

Which is why now they recommend you to wait one hour or so before brushing your teeth if you have eaten something acidic. The damage by the acid is nothing compared tp the softening of the enamel plus the brush bristles stripping away such enamel when you brush. Lovely.

I think I had read that the main problem with sports drinks was damage to the liver, kidneys or so. Worse than alcohol.

I drink around 1.5 litres of Super Supau a day! What’s in it that damages the liver and kidneys? :astonished: It’s not just sugar water?

And plasticizer. Don’t forget the extra calories!
