So we have the 寶寶手冊 to record vaccinations, but it is all in Chinese and not really an official looking document that I feel would be accepted abroad as proof that certain vaccinations had been given. I’m sure that somewhere will be able to issue an English document listing all the vaccinations that have been given, but where? Not all my child’s vaccinations were done at the same clinic so its not like they could offer a full list in English, if they even offer an English version at all. NHI should have a record of the vaccinations digitally so maybe they can help. Has anyone ever tried to do this?
Yes, you can get it done at the local health department (衛生局) office. Did it not long ago.
