English Notebook Shop ? / Second Hand Groups?

Hi,

I am currently in Kaohsiung and plan soon to upgrade my Equipment and sell my old stuff. So this leaves me with 2 problems:

1. How to get a Notebook with an English Keyboard Layout
2. Is there any Market for selling my old Notebook here with English layout (since taiwanese people probably will not buy it on the normal sites like shopee), some group where people look for this stuff ? I also plan to sell my PS4, which is also the western version (only difference is that X is the confirm button instead of circle)
   Any Ideas ? I am still a newb, arrived this year

All of them have the same QWERTY keyboard. If you buy a new one, you may have to install English Windows on it, but even with a Chinese OS you can type in Chinese.

There are many buy/sell groups on FB. Just join one and post it. You may find one for Kaohsiung, but there are some for all of Taiwan.
