A friend of mine is looking for one. I’ve been told that kind of dictionary doesn’t exist in Taiwan. I have a hard time believing this. 
However, I’ve scoured all the usual suspects – Eslite, Page 1, Kingstone (various) – and haven’t found such a dictionary.
Any language students from Tai-Da or Shi-Da know if their bookstores carry such a beast?
