The “LOHAS International Spotlight Central Region,” organized by iSee Taiwan Foundation, will launch its third event “Enjoying Movies with Something Sweet” from 5pm to 9pm on September 24th and 25th. Foreigners are welcome to explore the beauty, creativity, and lifestyle of Taichung. Firefly Movie Festival, the key content of the event, specially showcases multiple independent films created by local new talent directors. The observational and documentary films show various stories happening at every corner in Central Taiwan, touching and inspiring the audience with different perspectives on life.
The event starts with melodious songs performed by famous local violinists. There will also be exhibitions of eco-friendly handicrafts and traditional Taiwanese desserts. The event strives to offer audience pleasure through enjoyment of the five senses and opportunity to live Taiwanese summer life. We expect to deliver the value of Central Taiwan, share local designs and art pieces, and provide foreign guests a memorable experience.
