Entering Taiwan with residency visa?

Hi guys,

I and my wife (Taiwanese) live in another country now. We are planning go back to Taiwan. I have ARC which is expired. Is it possible for me to enter in Taiwan having residency visa right now?

TECO will give you a special entry permit, because you are a spouse of a national.
