I received an envelop in the mail today that summarized a list of fines I got from cameras and parking tickets. Has anyone ever received this before? I have gotten the little pink slips before but never this.
a past roommate used to get these quite often. Even included many photos of him driving.
Yup. ONe Chinese New Year I got one such envelop with two speeding tickets that were almost a year old. Still had to pay up though.
