Essential oils, perfumer's alcohol and dipropylene glycol

Hi,

So anyone know where I could possibly find

  1. Essential oils
  2. Perfumer’s alcohol
  3. Dipropylene glycol, fragrance grade

I’m in Taoyuan, Nankan. Maybe a perfume shop if Taiwan has something like that…?

Some essential oils I saw in department stores, where they sell air fresheners or evaporators or whatever you call those “smoking” thingies that make the air moist and fragrant. Supposedly.

Try to find a chemist/chemistry shop. There’s one here in Taichung that sells everything from essential oils and soap molds to beakers and solutions used in bio/chem labs. There’s bound to be one in Taoyuan, too. Check near the train station.

Thanks Forumosan avatar ichbinjenny. I found a chemistry shop close to the Taoyuan train station.
If anyone’s looking for a shop like this, it’s on the corner of Jungshan and Mingshen road. If you’re coming from the station in Jongcheng, turn right just before the temple, it’s on the first intersection’s corner on you’re left.
Found all three things I’m looking for there. The guy is Mr. Chang. Name of shop is in Chinese, but here’s the phone number: 03-33324631.

Now I only need about 50 natural reed diffuser sticks (bamboo apparently doesn’t work), been all over, but only managed to find a small packet of 10 for NT100 at FE22 department store also by the train station.
