Interesting to see Japan on the list. Also Estonia (clean air, top education and others) as well Estonia’s northern friend Finland. Sent a bit of time in all three and like them all, know less about other two on the list.

One thing on Japan, living in Tokyo is quite different from other cities. I would not like live in Tokyo but Nara, Fukuoka, Sendai and Sapporo to me are great.
