Taipei can find a few places to eat, probably city super and some other fancy supermarkets sell the flour ---

… well, u got it what u paid for haha. Only ever tried 1 type of pasta at konbini, the one made by my friend Simone of La mole. He made 2 pastas some time ago with 7-11, they were ok as emergency food. ---
