So many buildings and parking lots have EV priority parking spots. What will happen if I use them? Are they ticketable? Will I get keyed?

I’ve seen they been moved also seen they get parking tickets. Wasn’t there also a video with someone spitting on non EVs? I think you should be keyed but you will probably get away with it
