Not my experience.
My experience is one swipe, deducts previous rental, starts new rental.
I swear i had to swipe up to 4 times the other day. Its infuriating.

Was this using just a plain easy card? Not one with Tpass or anything?
Yea just an easy card. I think it happens when you dont swipe the previous time or you run out of money.
