EWCP Courses: Summer Sessions - The Living is Easy

Note: The dates have changed from the original posting.

Make this summer a time for expansion, growth, activity and creativity. Join us for a series of workshops that will explore ancient eastern practices in an accessible and easy-to-learn environment. We have invited qualified teachers to teach basic methods for calming the mind, increasing energy and improving your health, from their respective fields.

Each workshop will conclude with a chance to meet with the Venerable Khenchen Rinpoche, who is an authentic master of multiple Buddhist and Zen traditions, and is versed in many wisdom traditions from the East.

You can find a full list of classes below.

Each week will feature a unique topic, complemented by a relaxing meditation session. There will also be many chances to drink tea and discuss with others from our growing international community.

7/23 (Tue) - Yoga: Stretching your way to health
7/30 (Tue) - Qigong: Wake up your Qi!
8/6 (Tue) - Chinese Tea: The Zen Way
8/13 (Tue) - Buddhist Philosophy: Living Buddhism
8/20 (Tue) - Meditation: Eating, Drinking and Mindfulness
