EXPENSES: what amount for mileage claim?

Hi,

I need to set-up a mileage claim policy for employees using their own car to visit customers.
What is the amount (in Taipei) I should set per km? (references to other companies would be great)

I get USD0.265 per KM if that helps. It’s a US company so that may pay over the top.

I used to get NT$8 per km.
