I’d love to get input from anyone who has lived in Taiwan (ideally with a family) and then decided to come back to Taiwan? We are preparing to head back to our home country but plan on coming back to Taiwan in a few years and it be nice to hear your experience. Did something drive you to come back or was it planned? Experience the second time around?

I think the second time around is easier.
You know what to expect.
Not surprised at things.
You begin to save a lot more on daily expenses.
You do the things you enjoyed before, try out things you should’ve tried out before, but didn’t.
Overall, probably a much better experience the second time around.
