Short story. I Supposed to go back to my home country at the end of Dec before my ARC expired.
But suddenly I got a call from a corporation who would like to give me a working permit. But thw problem is, if the working permit is not issued before my ARC expiry date, what should I do ??
Is it okay to extend or there is any other way to extend my ARC ?
Short answer is you can extend your ARC, if you go to NIA before the expiration date of your ARC.
They give upto 6month extension to those who cannot get next work permits, so just go to NIA and explain your situation. They will tell you what you need to get an extension. If the gap of your work permits is just a short period, they might show you other way.
