Good question! Since I never learned Chinese. But I still think I should be able to pass the test. After checking the up-to-day questions [Written test questions](http://www.ris.gov.tw/zh_TW/c/document_library/get_file?uuid=d931dd59-a277-45bd-a632-2a6c8e9c2774&groupId=10157) and applying [Northcoast\_Surfer’s guide](http://tw.forumosa.com/t/cracking-the-naturalization-language-exam-a-guide/57206) with minor updates I can get the average score ~76% just after a few days practice. BTW this [practice link](http://www.canet.taipei.gov.tw/nationalitys/default.asp) I found very helpful.
