Maybe this is a Taiwan speed record. Faster than I’ve ever been.

And of course he forgot one hazard - the stray dog getting in the way.

He probably spent more than that cleaning his shorts after.

Tickets should be no big deal.
Maybe for assisted propulsion bicycles, but not for regular manual bicycles.
