I’m trying to find a 10 day fasting/cleansing retreat in taiwan. i can’t seem to find any info. i need it in english. i know there are tons in thailand but i’m trying to find one locally to save some cash. does anyone know about any of these programs?
Ananda Marga has regular fasting retreats, but I don’t think they last as long as ten days.
Shouldn’t this be in the health forum?

For a thousand NT a day you are all welcome to sit in my spare room for a week with no food. You’re welcome to chant what you like, as long as it doesn’t disturb me. I ain’t doing no colonic irrigation, though, unless you seriously grease my palm.
These do more harm than good.
Just stay off the booze, eat only natural food and drink a ton of water and you’ll do yourself more good.
I’ve done a few of them. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, and actually a bit dangerous.
