Favorite ESL websites?

Hey. I was just curious as to what is everyone’s favorite ESL websites that have info like games, lesson plans and such…

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

I enjoy daves esl cafe., www.tealit…com is a cool site and good information, BUT they have a bad attitude. tealit has phoned or emailed my friends (even late at night) with bad attitude. They are bullies and I hate bullies.

I found www.eslhq.com a couple weeks ago and have been making worksheets there.

I know this thread exists somewhere already, but I aint looking for it.

Hey thanks for the sites! I really appreciate it.

On the EnglishinTaiwan site, there was just a big white box in the middle…? Could be my computer though. lol

Thanks again!

Cheers

I highly recommend the following sites:

Humanising Language Teaching

http://www.hltmag.co.uk

Their articles are always quite interesting. If you are looking for games and activities, start at the sections titled “Book Preview” and “An Old Exercise”.

One Stop English

http://www.onestopenglish.com

An amazing collection of games, activities, worksheets, articles, and more.

Also, both of these sites welcome contributions from teachers. If you have created some clever teaching activities, you should definitely submit them.

If you need help explaining grammar or need grammar worksheets, I’ve found owl.english.purdue.edu from Purdue University works great. I use it in my writing class.

iteslj.org/questions/ is sweet for conversation classes…
